حذف الحسابDelete your account
تقدر تحذف حسابك بنفسك من التطبيق، وينحذف فوراً.You can delete your account yourself in the app. It is removed immediately.
من داخل التطبيقIn the app
- افتح الإعدادات في التطبيق.Open Settings in the app.
- اختر حذف الحساب.Choose Delete account.
- أكّد الحذف.Confirm the deletion.
اللي ينحذفWhat is deleted
- اسمك ورقم جوالك وبريدك، وتسجيل دخولك.Your name, phone number, email and login.
- عناوينك المحفوظة التي لا يرتبط بها طلب.Your saved addresses that no order points to.
- بطاقات الولاء وسجلّها.Your loyalty cards and their history.
- ملاحظاتك المكتوبة على الطلبات والتقييمات.Notes you wrote on orders and feedback.
اللي يبقىWhat is kept
سجلّ الطلبات يبقى عند المطعم بدون اسمك أو عنوانك أو ملاحظاتك، لأن المطعم يحتاجه لسجلاته.Order records stay with the restaurant without your name, address or notes, because the restaurant needs them for its records.
لا يمكن الحذف أثناء وجود طلب جارٍ؛ انتظر حتى يكتمل. أما حسابات المطاعم فتُغلق عن طريق الدعم.You cannot delete while an order is in progress; wait until it finishes. Restaurant accounts are closed through support.
ما تقدر تفتح التطبيق؟Can't open the app?راسلنا من البريد أو الجوال المسجّل في الحساب ونحذفه لك.Write to us from the email or phone registered on the account and we will delete it for you.
