الخدمة
جوعان وسيط يعرض مطاعم وقوائمها ويستقبل طلباتك ويمررها للمطعم. العقد الفعلي لبيع الطعام وتوصيله بينك وبين المطعم.
الأسعار والرسوم
الأسعار هي أسعار المطعم كما يحددها. لا نضيف أي زيادة على أسعار القائمة. قد يفرض المطعم رسوم توصيل ويظهر ذلك قبل تأكيد الطلب.
التوصيل والاستلام
كل مطعم يحدد إن كان يقدّم التوصيل أو الاستلام فقط، ونطاق التوصيل الذي يصل إليه. إذا كان عنوانك خارج نطاق المطعم يمكنك الطلب استلامًا من المطعم.
الطلب والإلغاء
- الطلب يصبح مؤكدًا عندما يقبله المطعم، وقد يرفضه أو يلغيه لعدم توفر صنف أو لانشغاله. للمطعم مهلة محددة للرد، وبعدها يُلغى الطلب تلقائيًا.
- بعد بدء التجهيز قد لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.
- لحماية المطاعم من الطلبات الوهمية، لا يمكن أن يكون لدى العميل أكثر من 3 طلبات تنتظر رد المطعم في الوقت نفسه، ولا أكثر من 10 طلبات خلال ساعة.
برنامج الولاء
برنامج الولاء يقدّمه كل مطعم بنفسه، وهو من يحدد طريقة الجمع والمكافأة والحد الأدنى للطلب. النقاط والأختام خاصة بالمطعم الذي جمعتها لديه، ولا قيمة نقدية لها، ولا تُحوَّل لمطعم آخر.
يجوز للمطعم تعديل برنامجه أو إيقافه، وإذا توقف المطعم عن العمل في جوعان أو أوقف برنامجه فقد لا يعود بالإمكان استخدام ما جمعته لديه.
مسؤولية المطعم
المطعم مسؤول عن جودة الطعام وسلامته ومطابقته لما هو معروض ومدة التوصيل وعن أي استرجاع أو تعويض. نساعد في التواصل بينك وبينه عبر الدعم.
حسابك
أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وسرية دخولك. يجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تسيء استخدام الخدمة أو تقدّم بيانات كاذبة أو تتكرر منها طلبات غير مستلمة.
السلة المشتركة
من ينشئ السلة المشتركة هو المضيف ويرسل الطلب. تقسيم المبلغ بين الأصدقاء يتم بينكم، ولسنا طرفًا في تحصيله.
حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة كما هي، ولا نضمن عدم انقطاعها. لا نتحمل مسؤولية تأخر المطعم أو جودة منتجاته ضمن ما يسمح به النظام.
النظام المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات القضائية في المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

The service
Jawaan is an intermediary that lists restaurants and menus and passes your orders to the restaurant. The actual contract for the food and its delivery is between you and the restaurant.
Prices and fees
Prices are the restaurant's own menu prices; we add no markup. A restaurant may charge a delivery fee, shown before you confirm.
Delivery and pickup
Each restaurant decides whether it delivers or offers pickup only, and how far it delivers. If your address is outside its delivery area you can order for pickup.
Orders and cancellation
- An order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. It may decline or cancel if an item is unavailable or it is busy. The restaurant has a set time to respond, after which the order is cancelled automatically.
- Once preparation starts, an order may not be cancellable.
- To protect restaurants from fake orders, a customer can have at most 3 orders waiting for a restaurant's reply at once, and at most 10 orders in an hour.
Loyalty programs
Each restaurant runs its own loyalty program and sets how it is earned, the reward and the minimum order. Stamps and points belong to the restaurant where you earned them, have no cash value and cannot be moved to another restaurant.
A restaurant may change or stop its program; if it stops or leaves Jawaan, what you collected there may no longer be usable.
Restaurant responsibility
The restaurant is responsible for food quality and safety, that it matches the listing, delivery time, and any refund or compensation. We help you reach it through support.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate details and keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, give false details, or repeatedly leave orders uncollected.
Shared cart
The person who creates a shared cart is the host and places the order. Splitting the bill among friends is between you; we are not a party to collecting it.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as is and we do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. We are not liable for a restaurant's delays or product quality, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
